I'm curious about Kagami no Miko..Is it really exist in anime or manga???|||Kagami no Miko is in the Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden game for the PS2. She is an original character made specifically for the game.
Kagami no Miko means the Mirror priestess. Mariko was taken into the Universe of the Four Gods by a mirror when she was looking for her friend. Genbu no Miko and the seven Genbu seishi help her out on her journey~

what episode in fushigi yugi is when Tamahome and Miaka have their first kiss and get married|||It's around when Yui first comes to China and she is about to give them the scroll, but she sees them kissing and all hell breaks loose. After reading summaries, I found out it was episode 11. My gut feeling tells me they never actually got married. Wait never mind, they don't get married until somewhere between OVA 2 and Eidoken. I don't remember since they are minor characters in Eidoken, go figure. |||Umm.. I forgot! I had watch Fushigi I think 5 year ago! But i think that was the part when Tamahome got hurt by protecting Miyaka.

I just recieved a fushigi for christmas, and i watched the DVD and it looks like the guys ball is centered. It's a steel ball inside an Acrylic one. Well my steel one is to one side, not centered. I had it on my floor and my ferret was out for a few hours I can't find it|||Sir, ferrets hide anything they can get their hands on. Especially something in ball form, he likely rolled it to a stash he has somewhere, where you will most likely find other things he has stolen.|||They will steal and stash anything they can get their little paws on. We fostered one for a few weeks and anything that could ether be dragged, rolled, carried, or pushed was missing. I knew were he took everything though it was a little corner that is hidden behind the couch. He was adopted after a few weeks of us having him but he was sweet and fun to have around.|||It's very possible. Mine has hidden things in places that I wouldn't think of. Make sure u chck everywhere!

I have read a lot of manga and i have found the general ones i like. I love how people go back in time and the end up becoming the hero of that time. Romance is nice to have in it and maybe having multiple guys fight over a girl. I don't know why but i don't like girls fighting over guys. When does Fushigi Boshi No Futago Hime episode 37 or Ryuu episode 1 come out?
I tried to look on most websites and I couldn't find any subbed. On Youtube.com, there is episode 49 and 51 that aren't subbed. I thought, "if you have episode 49 and 51, then why don't you have episode 1?" Please tell me when it comes out or what websites that I can find them. TY!|||both Fushigi-boshi no Futago-hime and Fushigi-boshi no Futago-hime Gyu! have finished airing in japan. the first season ended with 51 episodes and its sequel ended with 52 episodes. the fansubbers have only released 36 episodes out of the 51 episodes of the first season. so you won't find subs for anything past 36. you'll have to be patient and simply wait like other fans (releases may be slow by the fansubber since i don't think it's that popular).

Is Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden going to be animated?
i doubt it because Yuu Watase has announced on her website that her Fushigi Yuugi: Genbu Kaiden manga will not resume until spring of 2010. She explained that it was the result of her physical condition and her work schedule for her other magazine titles, so i really don't think that there'll be an anime yet, maybe in the future...

I remember an episode where tamahome was having sex with Soi, who pretends to be Miaka during that time.This anime is not appropriate for children. :(

Fushigi Yugi, what order to read them in?
What order should I read the manga books in, I assume that v1 the mysterious play is the first one but after a while it changes from the mysterious play. So I was wondering if anyone could write out the order to read them in, or a link to somewhere? Thanks! :)|||Read all 18 volumes of Fushigi Yuugi: The Mysterious Play.

Its supposed to be in Yuu Watase's magazine fushigi Yuugi Perfect World. I've been waiting and i think its been a year. Do the fushigi yuugi manga books go further than the anime series?
... im just wondering beacause if they do then i will DEFINATELLY read them|||The 52 episodes of the series are adapted from the first 12 volumes of the manga (the main initial plot). Since the manga had been a success the later 6 volumes are additionally written. I can't recall much but it had an almost entirely different plot.
The OVA series of Fushigi Yugi anime is adapted from the later 6 volumes I believe.
I do actually suggest you to read the manga, though. From what I remember it was a lot more consistent to the storyline than the anime.

if you didn't know already, the mangaka put the manga on hiatus for like two years to work on her other projects and due to her health. since Sakura-Gari is now finished, she can finally work on Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden. so a lot of people are excited about getting a new chapter. so it is not cancelled.

I want one. I first seen them in a movie named Labyrinth.
Well, I want them. and I don't have enough money on my debit card to pay for the one on the website. Is there anyway to get them cheaper? or do they sell them in stores?

Actually Genbu Kaiden is up to chapter 27. Chapters 26 and 27 were released in Watase Yuu's Fushigi Yuugi Perfect World on December 26th, 2007. Chapters are released every 3 months in that serialization, so you can expect chapters 28-29 at the end of March.

Poll: Kenshin Himura vs. Tamahome from Fushigi Yuugi? Who would win the match? How many rounds could they last?
I'd say Kenshin would win the match on the first round. His skill is superior to that of Tamahome (in my humble opinion) because he has been to many trials and challenges and is a revered hitokiri or assasin. It will seem like a Kenshin versus Sanosuke fight, where Sano would be Tamahome, and Kenshin winning the match on an easy fight.

I can't remember which epiosde exactly since it's been a long time, but it was after he and Tamahome got into their first fight and Tama used his power to burn Nakago's shoulder. I think it was later in the series.

Her wish worked, as opposed to the Byakko priestess, because she didn't care how it happened, while Byakko just wanted to stay in the book.

Anyone own the fushigi ball they have advertised on tv recently? Is it worth the money?
I wouldn't waste your money on a Fushigi ball. The real way to go if you are really interested in contact juggling is to head on over to www.contactjuggling.org and do a little research. You can certainly pick up an orange (as round as you can) and start practicing some of the moves in the tutorials section, and then move up to something from one of the juggling sites once you feel you're ready/willing to put some money into it!
There are also discussions and comparisons between different types of ball to use, so I would definitely head over there. Lots to learn!|||there's nothing special about it, its just plastic around a silver ball

In Fushigi Yuugi does Miaki love Taki not Tamahome?
Okay I know I'm a little late at watching this but I'm really confused.. If you watch the OVA's at the end it seems like Taki and Tamahome are the same person but at the same time there not.. And apparently Miaki loves Taki. First, that pisses me off cause how can she love tamahome and now just change her mind and love Taki. Or am I getting it wrong ? Please help ! i checked on toys r us online and they say they have it but when i call the store the say they don't. they check the website themselves and they say it doesn't appear???|||I've been checking ever since I saw the commercial and the only place you can get them now is on line.

You see, the problem is that the mangas, all originally in Japanese, have to be first translated into a different language; for us, English. But anime publishing companies don't get paid for translating mangas, so they prefer not to. In actuality, onemanga *should* be able to have all chapters in a volume uploaded at once; because in Japan, mangas are never released, like how online manga-viewing sites are, chapter by chapter; they usually have about 10 chapters -- which equals a volume.
Manga scanlators take a while to do translate these mangas because they are doing this of their own free will, and in their free time; they reap nothing but the self-gratitude and occasional fan mail.
It's sad how some of the most greatest mangas have to be so unappreciated and unacknowledged; I feel exactly the same towards Claymore -- which, luckily, only takes a month (but feels like a long time).
Judging from how often onemanga ISN'T uploading Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden, I shouldn't be grumbling. The last update was in July, about half a year ago.

Does the Fushigi Magic Gravity really work?
suggestions?|||no. i tried it and it just didnt work... i didnt really understand the directions either! i recommend you do NOT even consider buying it. lol|||i just got the fushigi gravity ball and if u just take it out n try it it will not work. you have to watch the cd cuz it is an illusion to ur friends. i tried it while watching the dvd n it is an amazing illusion when u watch the video. so if u try it just taking it out of the box it will not work but if u watch the video for it it will|||Yeah. It's an illusion that does what it is supposed to do. The mirrored sphere inside the glass one does the trick. When the ball rolls around, the mirror makes it appear that is simply moving and not rolling.|||Sort of, sort of not, it's like an illusion but it's not like it doesn't work either.|||No it does not. It's just a ball with a mirror in it.

They are regular balls about the size of a baseball and clear on the edge to give it a "magic" appearance. just curious if its legit.|||its just a regular ball- the reflection and hand movements make it look like its floating or moving on its own, there's nothing special about it. A glass or crystal ball does the same thing, and probably cheaper.|||Actually, a glass/crystal ball would probably be too fragile for contact juggling. The Fushigi people have changed their product to a chrome ball surrounded by an acrylic shell, far from the original clear design of normal contact balls. The new look is attractive to some and disappointing to others

Will Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden be continued?
The only anwsers i can find myself are the ones back from 2010 but its 2011 and i was considering reading the story over again to refresh since there seemed to be one new chapter but then i realized the last chapter was realeased july of last year. What I've read and heard is Yuu Watase got sick but not seriously ill, by the looks it might be possibly carpal tunnel syndrome or something wrong with her nervous system. Unlike people in the US or anywhere else for that matter, the Japanese are very private people and never tell about their illnesses. We know she's ill, but its pretty much speculation what is the exact diagnosis. Also heard her mom was sick at the time as well. She hasn't done any work since 2008. there had been news that she was suppose to continue FY: Genbu in Spring 2010, but it never happened. Then again, there was news for Spring 2011, never happened as well. Right now, its like she fell off the world map.

but they are so little
i really dont think they will be mature enough to be ablke to actually enjoy it, if u know what i mean|||I would not do it. They are not great fun for little kids. Older kids might enjoy them, but even for older kids they are not great. The television commercials for almost all toys make them seem like much more fun than they really are, and also make it seem like you can do things with the toys that you can't actually do.|||I don't think they will enjoy it to be honest, i think they will try it for about 5 seconds and then put it away and never use it. The commercial is very misleading and the ball is used for some form of juggling that involves balancing the ball as you roll it around your hands and stuff (there's a term for it but I don't remember what it's called). Anyway it takes a lot of skill, coordination, and practice to get the hang of so most little kids with small attention spans would not have much fun with one.

In fushigi yuugi, tamahome and taka are one person. What happened to Tamahome when Taka was introduced?
You know, good question. It was never actually explained, I don't think. If you read further into the manga or watched the OVA following the series, I believe he disappeared from the world of the book, because the other Suzaku warriors had claimed that they hadn't seen Tamahome ever since she had returned to her world following the summoning of Suzaku. However, in the same OVA (and future of the manga), it explores Taka and Miaka's relationship in the real world, then how they are both sucked into the world of the book, and Taka comes face to face with Tamahome (or a mirror image of him).

Hi. I have been thinking about buying a fushigi ball. Does it have a string or something? Is it cheesy? Is it a Fun toy? Dumb?|||Don't waste your money on that garbage. Go outside and play with a rock. All take place after the end of the 2nd ova. If you want a timeline. You have the manga vol 1-12(?) = TV series, manga vol 13-18 = OVA 2 (OVA 1 never happened), %26amp; Novels.

"Fushigi Yûgi Genbu Kaiden (ふしぎ遊戯 玄武開伝?) is a manga written by Yuu Watase. It premiered in Japan in 2003 in Sho-Comi, moved to an off-shoot magazine, Fushigi Yûgi Perfect World, in 2004. Can you help me find this Fushigi Yuugi picture?
So I love Fushigi Yuugi, but there's this one picture I'm trying to find; it's a picture of Miaka and Tamahome. It's one of those smoky ones (the ones that are from the manga and have a sort of watery aura to them). How does Fushigi Yuugi Ova 2/ Eikoden end?
Okay so I've watched all of Fushigi Yuugi and Fushigi Yuugi Ova and I just started Ova 2 but I'm kinda getting tired of it cause it seems to be dragging on... and I don't know if it's worth watching... So let me know what you think and how it ends. Isn't it just the same story over and over again?|||the sequels weren't as great as the original fushigi yuugi. however, if you love fushigi yuugi, then ova 2 will give you closure to the story. ova 1 was basically filler material (it didn't even happen in the manga). eikoden is a waste of time unless you really love fushigi yuugi.

How to write a fushigi yuugi manga and anime fanfic?
I don't know how to write a good fushigi yuugi fanfic from the anime or the manga. is anyone a good author? if so, HELP!!! It's centered around Yui and her younger twin sister|||I don't get what you mean by you don't know how? Just start writing whatever story it is you have in your mind. :) That's really all there is too it.
If you're having trouble getting started, don't worry about beginnings or endings, just write whatever parts you have thought out and it'll all come together eventually. Also, I personally think the more you can stick to the characters personalities the better.
If you're looking more for proof reading and stuff, you can go on fanfiction.net and get a beta reader (basically just like an editor)to look at your work for you, and then post it up on the site. (or not). I'd offer to beta for you but I haven't seen that anime/manga and don't have time atm.

The anime and manga takes place between the early to mid 90's and the Ovas start between the mid to late 90s into the early 2000's and in the book's time it's during the Ancient Chinese War Era.

mine is nuriko...because i see myself in him|||If we're talking about FY the original series, I'm going to have to go with Nuriko too. I can't really put into words why. It's like, I admired him b/c he was a better woman than I could ever be (which somehow amused me to no end) yet he was also a hottie when he deigned to act like a boy. The best of both worlds. Is yuu watase still making the Fushigi yugi Genbu Kaiden series?
It's been awhile since volume nine came out and since she's starting her new series arata is she still working on Genbu Kaiden??? Because i've been trying to find the next release date for volume 10 and i haven't seen anything??? I hope she didn't stop that series..I LOVE THAT SERIES!!!|||yes!
chapter 32 will come out this june (ie june 2010)! as you know already, the mangaka put the manga on hiatus for like two years to work on her other projects and due to her health. since Sakura-Gari is now finished, she can finally work on Fushigi Yugi Genbu Kaiden. so a lot of people are excited about getting a new chapter. she'll need to release a few more chapters before a volume can be published.

i just started watching the anime Fushigi Yuugi %26amp; i was wondering how many seasons are out ? thanks for the help :)|||There is one season to the main show being 52 episodes which were completed as of 1996. Since the end of the show, there has been 3 OVA's released to finish where the show has left off and them some.
The first OVA: 3 episodes unrelated to the manga.
The second: 6 episodes to cover the last four volumes of the manga.
The third: 4 episodes based on the light novels also not part of the manga.

In the fushigi yugi ova series, how are taka and tamahome the same?
i'm so confused
when the suzaku 7 were looking for the jewels, and taka was there, it didn't make sense to me
and when tamahome came back because of tenko, it wasn't even tamahome, but more like tamahome's memories, then he and taka hugged and became one
who did miaka love in the end, taka or tamahome? even if they were the same, they're still different right?|||Miaka loved Taka in the end. Taka had Tamahomes "memories".. sorry its kind of hard to explain..

Ayashi no Ceres. It's a romance/mythical/historical fiction anime set to the Japanese legend of the celestial maiden who came to earth and went to bathe. She hung her magical robes over a tree branch while she bathed. A human male came along and took those robes, and so she was forced to marry him.
But in this anime, it twists it. The human who took the robes raped the celestial maiden, and while she hated him, she loved their children. Eventually, she killed her husband.
Many years later, in that same family line, you have twins, a boy and a girl. They live a fairly normal life until their 16th birthday. At the family party, it is revealed that the brother, Aki, is the reincarnate of the man who stole the maiden's robe, and that the sister, Aya, is the reincarnate of the maiden herself.
She is ordered to be executed by her grandfather, but in a twist, her father, who was supposed to kill her, tries to save her, and in doing so is killed. She runs, and is saved by a mysterious man, Toya, who saved her earlier the previous day. She is then passed off to another family, one of the members posesses the genes of a celestial maiden too.

Okay. I like reading some manga more than watching its anime. The anime just gets me confused. Okay, heres my actual question.
