Can you purchase a Fushigi ball in stores or only online/off TV?

I saw a Walgreen's store advertising it, so you can probably get it in some stores.|||Rite Aid (In Oregon anyway) has them for $19.99|||Why would you get one of those... its just a sphere with the outside being glass... you could do all the stuff you see on tv with an orange...
