I'd say Kenshin would win the match on the first round. His skill is superior to that of Tamahome (in my humble opinion) because he has been to many trials and challenges and is a revered hitokiri or assasin. It will seem like a Kenshin versus Sanosuke fight, where Sano would be Tamahome, and Kenshin winning the match on an easy fight.
