How does Fushigi Yuugi Ova 2/ Eikoden end?

Okay so I've watched all of Fushigi Yuugi and Fushigi Yuugi Ova and I just started Ova 2 but I'm kinda getting tired of it cause it seems to be dragging on... and I don't know if it's worth watching... So let me know what you think and how it ends. Isn't it just the same story over and over again?|||the sequels weren't as great as the original fushigi yuugi. however, if you love fushigi yuugi, then ova 2 will give you closure to the story. ova 1 was basically filler material (it didn't even happen in the manga). eikoden is a waste of time unless you really love fushigi yuugi.

a lot happens in ova 2, since it's about taka (tamahome's reincarnation) regaining his memories as well as our favorite characters defeating an evil that is trying to ruin the balance of both worlds. it's definitely worth the watch. you get to see what happens with all the suzaku warriors and learn more of their past too. and at the very, very end, you see miaka and taka with their kid.

i don't recommend eikoden though. it's a useless story with a very annoying new character who happens to be the heroine. miaka is pretty much absent. if you love the suzaku warriors then you might watch it, but the story is nothing new. some new evil is trying to destroy the world. *sigh* i guess the one thing i liked about eikoden was that miaka and taka get married in the first episode. at least it's short.
