Will Nuriko be reincarnated as a girl in the 3rd OVA of Fushigi Yuugi?

So if it's true that Nuriko would be reincarnated as a girl, would he still love Hotohori? And would Hotohori love her in return? Would the two end up together?|||Nuriko reincarnates as a little girl. Later on he, and the rest of the suzaku 7 go into their normal form, but Nuriko and Hotohori won't end up together.
