Why are they saying the fushigi ball floats?

Why isn't gravity a major factor? Why does it not fall to the ground? Why is the elements of the ball not affected by inertia? I believe it must an illusion of some sort? only seen it on tv. not held it in person. Oh course my scientific mind wants to know? how is it possible. Nothing beats the face of gravity and the laws of inertia? So how is it in the air?|||The levitation aspect is an illusion that can be accomplished with practice. The ball consists of two balls, the inner one with a shiny reflective surface and the outer being transparent. Since the inner ball with the reflective shiny surface grabs the attention of the audience, the hand manipulations of the outer ball appear not to touch the "ball" and creates an unreal magical appearance.|||You can do many of the same tricks with a gyroscope. Must be related.

But then, this person has a different opinion on the 'sleight of hand' aspect. Based on this, I think the fushigi ball is like those magic worms that move and crawl. Just have to learn the tricks behind the actions.|||it's filled with helium
